Cable Machine Madness err Fun!

This is a fun and fast paced workout for isolating and balancing most of the working muscles of your upper body. You’ll need either a hi/low or adjustable cable setup, or a banded setup, and you’re good to go.

A1. Lateral (side) Raise
A2. Lateral (side) Pulldown
B1. Incline Chest Fly
B2. Standing Powell Raise
C1. Rear Biceps Curl
C2. Underhand Triceps Kickback
