Cable Machine Madness err Fun! 2.0

This is a fun and fast paced workout for isolating and balancing most of the working muscles of your upper body. You’ll need either a hi/low or adjustable cable setup, or a banded setup, and you’re good to go.

A1. Underhand Straight-Arm Front Raise
A2. Overhand Straight-Arm Pulldown
B1. Chest Fly
B2. Rear Delt Fly (rope or similar attachment)
C1. Supinating Biceps Curl (rope or similar attachment)
C2. Neutral-Grip Triceps Pushdown (rope or similar attachment)
